In this course you have the opportunity to get to know several meditation-techniques.
Additional to an introduction of how meditation developed, the various effects of it and the main hindrances to meditation in human beings you will experience its deeper sense by practising and get practical useful hints to make it as easy as possible to start and keep it as a support for your outer relaxation and inner growth. This weekend you will be led into the different traditions of meditation: from Buddhism, Hinduism, the Islam (Sufi) and also the new forms of Active Meditation.
Bring for yourself: a mat, blanket, meditation cushion, writing-pad, pencil, wear comfortable clothing, drinking-water or tea.
