This Yoga course in English is dedicated to all people. It is suitable for beginners or people who have never done Yoga before. In it we will learn to breathe consciously (pranayama), bringing balance and calmness to our lives. We will work on asanas or physical postures where we will acquire body awareness, harmony and flexibility in our body. All classes end with a short relaxation to synthesize everything we have learned during the class and to be able to leave refreshed, returning to our day and responsibilities giving the best of ourselves.
