vhs-Sommer: English Conversation and Yoga (B1/B2)
The course is suitable for people who have experience with yoga and a good intermediate level of English.
You want to improve your health and your English at the same time?
This course offers a new learning experience using Yoga to enhance your learning abilities.
We'll do a 90 min Yoga session in English with pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures) and relaxation. This will put you in a relaxed and receptive frame of mind for an English conversation class of 90 min., where we can discuss a wide range of subjects.
