English and Yoga (B1/B2)
You want to improve your health and your English at the same time?
This course offers a new learning experience using Yoga to enhance your learning abilities. We'll do a 30 minute Yoga session in English
with light, slow-flowing exercises (on the chair and standing) to feel energised and centered. This will put you in a relaxed and receptive
frame of mind for an English conversation class of 60 minutes where we can discuss a wide range of subjects.
